SCULPTED LINEN DRESS

This clean, timeless dress features Genevieve's ability to drape fabric into wearable sculpture. A soft, malleable linen is used for creating this dress, with the female form as inspiration. Two large triangular pieces of fabric are placed on the dress form where she freestyle drapes and sculpts these into the dress. The piece is then sewn by hand. The complexity of the draping is contrasted beautifully with the simplicity of the cut, making this dress easily dressed up or down, for everyday wear or exceptional occasions.
