SHIPPING AND POLICIES
TERMS OF SERVICE- Each piece is made to order (unless otherwise stated) and handcrafted by Genevieve Graham. The production time will vary from piece to piece. Most accessories can be made in 7-10 days, you will receive an exact time with your order confirmation. Custom orders vary depending on complexity and production volume at the time, once we have received your order request we will let you know the estimated production time. If you require a rush order, please do not hesitate to contact us with your request at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will do our best to work with your schedule.
SHIPPING (ITEMS IN THE 'SHOP')- Orders will be processed same day, once the item has been made (time varies from item to item) it will ship out immediately. You will receive an email and confirmation number of your order at the time of purchase, you will receive a second email with your tracking number once the package has been shipped. All shipments are sent through Canada Post.
If you prefer to choose your own shipping provider- Fed-Ex, Etc, you may choose the 'Pick Up/Arrange For Own Shipping' option for $0 and arrange for your own shipping (pick-up/delivery) once the piece has been made.
Domestic Shipping (Canada)- standard shipping- $12 (5-9 days) Xpresspost- $17.00 (2 days)
United States Shipping- standard shipping- $15 (5-9 days) Xpresspost- $30 (3-4 days)
International Shipping (outside of Canada and the U.S)- standard shipping $40 (7-12 days) Xpresspost- $70 (5-8 days)
All packages are sent from Vancouver, B.C, Canada, delivery times may vary depending on your location.
United States and international orders may be subject to import duty and tax depending upon the country in which you reside. Genevieve Graham Clothing is not responsible for payment of these charges. Please check with your local customs office for details, as we are not able to provide estimates.
DEPOSIT ON CUSTOM PIECES- a 50% deposit will be required when the custom order is confirmed by yourself and Genevieve Graham Clothing. The remaining 50% + shipping charges will be due upon completion of the piece, before it is shipped.
SHIPPING (CUSTOM PIECES)- After we have received your request for a custom piece we will give you an estimate for shipping charges before making the piece. Shipping charges will vary from piece to piece as some need special packing to ensure no damage or crushing of the draping. We can ship with whichever provider you prefer- Fed-Ex, Canada Post, Etc.
RETURN POLICY (ITEMS IN THE 'SHOP')- If you are unhappy with your piece you may exchange the item or return it for store credit, because pieces are made to order we do not offer refunds at this time. To exchange/return a piece you must contact sales@genevievegrahamclothing once you have recieved the package and return send the item to Genevieve Graham Clothing within 7 days. The item must be sent back in it's original packaging, unworn, with all tags attached. Genevieve Graham Clothing is not responsible for any return shipping costs. Genevieve Graham Clothing reserves the right to refuse returns due to wear of any kind or damage. For your security, please send your return via registered mail, insured and with tracking. On customs paperwork, it is important that returns are declared as ‘merchandise return/repair, not for resale and no commercial value’. Genevieve Graham Clothing is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

RETURN POLICY (CUSTOM PIECES)- Genevieve Graham Clothing does not offer refunds or exchanges on custom made pieces due to the nature of the process. Custom pieces are made to clients exact measurements and therefor are unable to be re-stocked. All custom pieces are final sale.
